expensive bedroom no air conditioning

the bed offered a comfortable sleep experience it was welcome after a long day.

the bedroom proved quite expensive given its size it lacked air conditioning a standard amenity i now consider essential. the absence of a phone further complicated matters as i was unable to easily contact reception when i needed assistance. i found this unacceptable for the price charged.

The brasserie restaurant impressed me. The food tasted great. drinks were good too. Friendly service made it even better. i also found the y spa excellent, it was just what i needed. the team there was very helpful, i appreciated their support.

i was offered an upgrade to a room, but the window wouldn't close properly. it was above the bin area, so it could have been noisy. a helpful person taped the window as best as possible, but maintenance had already left for the day.

The blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep. the modern room offered a lot of space. the staff was very attentive. it felt so lovely.

the restaurant closed a bit early at 8, leaving few dining options nearby.

i found the location good and the room clean. the onsite restaurant was convenient. the shower in the room worked well! i liked that i could easily visit friends nearby.

The check in was very slow. The staff did not seem particularly concerned. i was the only person there, so there was no reason for the delay.
